About Us
Elisha Rounsevell founded CosMedical Skin Solutions in October 2007. She has 18 years industry experience including 6 years as Senior Dermal Therapist in Perth’s largest cosmetic surgery practice and accredited day hospital.
Elisha has gained post graduate qualifications in the Advanced Diploma of Cosmetic Dermal Science (AACDS & Curtin University) and is currently studying a Bachelor of Science (Human Biology) at Edith Cowan University. She also belongs to the International Academy of Cosmetic Dermatology and the Society of Dermatology Skincare Specialists.
During her career, Elisha has been responsible for providing the following roles:

- Cosmeceutical advisor
- Written course material for the Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science (AACDS)
- Practical trainer for staff and AACDS students

Elisha decided to open her own practice after noticing a gap in the industry in the rapidly growing northern suburbs. She continues to work with Industry surgeons and physicians and is committed to ongoing training and research to remain at the forefront of her field.
In September 2008, she spoke at the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons Congress on the Gold Coast for Palomar Medical Technologies, on the use of 'Laser & Light Devices in the Cosmetic Surgery: Fractional Technology'.
Her goal for CosMedical Skin Solutions is to provide an environment for patients to feel confident in the knowledge they will receive comprehensive information and will achieve results safely, whilst being provided with the highest level of care.
Dr Tracey King is a General Practitioner who has specialised in Cosmetic Medicine since 2004. In addition to injecting for CosMedical Skin Solutions she also works in a busy, successful practice in Subiaco, namely Academy Facial Plastics and Laser Specialists, and also in Queensland from time to time.
Dr King's main interest is in injectable treatments for rejuvenating the skin and volumising and contouring the face, as well as wrinkle relaxers and wrinkle fillers. She has extensive experience with large volume filling of the face which is commonly called "the liquid face lift".
Dr King also performs liposuction under twilight sedation, scarless mole removal and numerous Laser procedures.
As a trainer for wrinkle relaxer and wrinkle filler treatments, Dr King frequently lectures on these and other cosmetic treatments to the public, students of registered training organisations and doctors. She sits on the National Sculptra® Advisory Board for Sanofi-Aventis and is an official trainer for Allergan Australia's aesthetic division.
Dr King completed her medical training at the University of Western Australia and her post graduate training in General Practice in WA. She also has a Bachelor Degree in Applied Chemistry from the Queensland Institute of Technology (now known as the Queensland University of Technology).
Nicky Kilgallon is a qualified Dermal Therapist and has gained internationally recognised qualifications in the Advanced Diploma of Cosmetic Dermal Science. She graduated with high distinctions and was awarded the Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science's Student of the year in 2007.
Nicky has 12 years experience in the cosmetic industry, including 2 years in one of Perth's most exclusive Surgi-Spa's and Cosmetic Practices. During this time she worked along side the most respected Cosmetic and Maxillo-Facial Surgeons, specialising in advanced Dermal Therapies.
During her career Nicky has gained a wealth of knowledge and is genuinely passionate about educating her patients and achieving visible results. She also has a special interest in make up artistry in addition to continuing her education and keeping abreast with the latest trends in this dynamic industry.

Brooke Jones is a qualified Dermal Therapist, Beauty Therapist and IPL and LASER safety officer. She has a special interest in chemical peeling and intense pulsed light procedures, due to the visible results she can achieve for a wide variety of concerns. Brooke is currently completing her Advanced Diploma of Cosmetic Dermal Science at the Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science (AACDS) to further advance her skills within the cosmetic industry.

Janelle Byrne is a qualified Dermal Therapist and IPL & LASER safety officer with internationally recognised qualifications in the Advanced Diploma of Cosmetic Dermal Science, from the Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science (AACDS).She has seven years experience in the industry with four years as a Dermal Therapist in some of Perth's leading Medispas. During this time she has expanded her knowledge and experience with individual procedures and combination therapies. She prides herself on the results she can achieve utilising these techniques along with advanced cosmeceutical skin care.
Janelle is a passionate therapist that will work with all of your skin needs and concerns to achieve the best results possible.
